Hey there, I'm Jess Dukes.

I started my journey at 215 pounds. I had poor eating habits, lived off junk food and was convinced that I just didn’t have the willpower to lose weight. I was constantly trying every new fad diet and quick fix that hit the market. I did well for a few days, then would go back to my old eating habits the second I got busy or stressed.

I hit my rock bottom at a work event and knew I needed to figure out how to lose weight and ditch the struggle for good. And I did!

I have lost 80 pounds and it is my mission to help other women lose the weight, just as I have.

For the last 10 years, I have coached thousands of women and helped them lose weight with ease.
